Scott Lawson Written By Scott Lawson Published on 24.10.2018 Last Updated on 28.06.2024

Are you one of the people who thinks ‘the bigger the better,’ well then Playtech has developed the perfect game for you. Welcome to my 101 Roulette review. On this page you will learn about the online table game. The developer has taken a casino classic and beefed it up with a wheel of staggering size. The game features both large rewards and risks that are able to stand alongside the game’s giant wheel. If you’re interested you can play the game at, what I feel is the top casino to play 101 Roulette online. All you have to do is click on the link below.

My review will look at this behemoth of a game from all angles. I will discuss the game’s rules, its features, visual qualities and payouts. Also included in this review is a free-to-play 101 Roulette demo. If you play the demo alongside reading this review, I am certain you will know everything there is to know about this game when you are done. If you’d like to learn more, then continue reading.

101 Roulette Demo – Play for Free

When you first click on the 101 Roulette demo you’ll probably notice that this variant is not like others you may have seen. This is because the game has a massive wheel, so big that it doesn’t even spin, and a huge betting table. Upon first glance, the game looks overwhelming, that is why I have included a free demo in this 101 Roulette review. With such a unique board, it goes without saying that this game will play a little differently than the standard European or French variants. That’s why you should take the time to play the demo before you play 101 Roulette for real money.

After playing the 101 Roulette demo, you are probably starting to get a feel for the game. An online game’s visual aesthetic is important, and with so many beautiful options out there, there is no reason to settle on a game that isn’t to your liking. With the demo, you can see if the game fits your standards of play. If you found the game enjoyable, there is only one thing left to do before you start playing for real, read the game rules. The next section of my review will look at the 101 Roulette rules.

101 Roulette Rules and Features

Playtech’s 101 Roulette is a unique take on the classic European roulette game. There is one zero, but unlike standard roulette, this game features 105 slots made up of numbers 0-100 and four suits corresponding to those of common playing cards. Luckily for you, the game doesn’t have as many rules as it does slots. The normal game rules apply. You, the player, places a chip(s) of varying value on a number, colour or suit of choice hoping that the ball falls into the corresponding slot. If it does, then you win. If you aren’t familiar with how roulette works, take a look at my guide on how to play roulette. The unique aspects of this Playtech product can be found in the game’s details. Because the game has more slots than is typical, the odds of winning are much lower. However, that means that the winnings tend to be higher than most variants.

In this variant, a straight up bet now pays 100:1. Outside bets still pay the usual 1:1, but that’s because the odds remain about the same for those bets. The game’s RTP is anywhere from 85.71% – 96.19%. Honestly, you can find better payout rates elsewhere. But if you like the extra risk for a bigger reward, you may have stumbled upon the correct game. In terms of features, this game has a few. First, the game has an autoplay and quickplay feature which aren’t found in every game. You can also double your bets that are on the table, although this just doubles an already doubled risk. The game doesn’t feature a racetrack for easy neighbour bets (which is annoying), but it does have ”lucky number” and “quick bet” features, which both automatically place chips around the number of your choosing. There are no special bet or fixed call bet options. As a result, I found the game challenging to win.

101 Roulette Review – Play for Real Money

We have reached the end of my review. By now you are familiar with the game’s features and know if you can handle the game’s numerous winning/losing possibilities. If you, like me, feel like sticking with a more standard variant of roulette, I suggest checking out IGT Roulette. The IGT variant is probably the most visually beautiful game I have seen, and at times I prefer it to even live casinos. However, if you liked the 101 Roulette rules, and wish to continue playing for real money, click the link below and be taken to my top casino for playing the game online.
